WEEK ONE: Anchor into Your Center - Your Heart/Womb Connection

Build your capacity to feel safe being with your feelings

  • Learn how to drop into your center, to STAY, FEEL AND LISTEN to your intuitive inner voice, your Heart/Womb connection.

  • When rooted here, your body relaxes, the clutter in your mind clears, and you make room for what's real and true. You:

  • Feel calm instead of anxious

  • Decisions get clearer

  • Boundaries feel more natural

Includes: Teachings on the Energetic Components of the Heart/Womb space, Breath Work, Somatic Movement, and a guided meditation practice that activates your feeling body to establish safety within yourself.


WEEKS TWO and THREE - Rooting in Trust

TRUST - Building Safety inevitably reveals your capacity to embrace uncertainty.

  • Are you waiting for external circumstances to change to feel better? Do you have a need to always be in control of your emotions? Are you routinely paralyzed by making decisions?

This step is the practice of TRUSTING WITHOUT KNOWING the outcome.

Trusting means:

  • You let go of expectations

  • You embrace not knowing

  • You relinquish the need for control

  • You're safe to be vulnerable

Includes: Teachings on the Energetic Properties of the Spinal Base in the Pelvic Bowl, Somatic Movement and a guided meditation practice that activates your feeling body to establish trust within yourself.


Week Four - INTEGRETATION

  • In this final session, learn how to integrate these practices in your daily life.
